We were very pleased with the services, the booking process and intake were simple and thorough, and we had a great first impression from the moment we walked in and were greeted by staff. There were no surprises and everything about the massage and float was thoroughly explained in the waiver and intake forms and during the float walk-through. Everyone was friendly and followed safe Covid19 procedures to ensure safe and protected practice. The RMTs did a great job with our massages. The overall environment and atmosphere was relaxing, clean and refreshing. Great experience beginning to end.

(October 1, 2020, 2:29 am)Cedar and Sage has become a safe and relaxing refuge to unwind and recharge. I started with their yoga classes which are amazing. I have found their float tanks and massage therapists make the perfect rejuvenation duo for stress and relaxation. The facility for the float tanks is gorgeous and feels so safe and clean. The massage therapists listen to what you need each visit in there. Do yourself a favour and visit Cedar and Sage!!
