We had major bat issues and while it took a 2nd attempt to persuade the little guys to find another roosting spot (they managed to find their way in again come this spring), Doug responded immediately both times. He methodically & patiently managed to remove them & re-seal the attic. Care was taken to ensure they were not locked inside, unable to escape. We would highly recommend this company for critter removal.
