Lighthouse Point Shared Facilites

Great place with wonderful amenities and staff. Only issue was the lady at the front desk...seems to be a common complaint in the reviews. She is VERY rude and abrasive. My father was trying to get a parking pass and it felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. My father is older and talks quietly and there was an incident where he either misspoke or she misheard him but her response was very unprofessional and made my father feel uncomfortable. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

It’s a well maintained clean place with many activities to experience, from cooling off in a lake to playing tennis to working out in the gym, they have it all. The one thing I wish they can fix is the employee’s attitudes towards children. Many times the lady working at the desk at the rec centre would give my children and I attitude when I sign in to go to the pool. But besides that this place is great.

Have lived at Lighthouse Point for 6 years and we love it here. This is a truly unique condo complex with high quality facilities and a beautiful setting. It is well maintained, well run and there are lots of community events and social gatherings. We feel very lucky to live here.
