Living Water Resort & Spa

We booked same day for around $310.00 on Expedia, room was great and huge, full kitchen, king bed, balcony, dining room, etc. However I was told there would be a $100.00 hold on a credit card for the night, no problem that's standard procedure. As I slide my card in quickly to pay, I noticed the two front desk employees were attempting to charge me $380.00. nothing was mentioned until I stated I already paid online.

It’s actually disappointing to find once again we are only able to watch the us open tennis in public rooms not in our suite. This happened earlier this week and we were assured that we would be able to watch future games in our suite. Now the semi finals are on with our Canadian girl and we have to sit in the bar/restaurant (which is a great place but closes at 10). The last time we sat in the lobby and froze but at least the tennis was on. I have been told tonight that the tennis is now only available in public areas. Not good

This is our first trip to Collingwood and the town has a lot to offer. Our stay at Living Waters so far has been very enjoyable. Th staff have been helpful and the rooms are well appointed. We are staying in a two bedroom condo with an excellent view of the bay. The resort has just about everything you will need for a great vacation stay with restaurants, spa, marina, golf course, pools, hot tubs and a rooftop deck that is wonderful for sunrise and sunsets. If we get the chance we hope to return.
