Excellent place to buy products. Extensive knowledge about what they sell. They listen and understand customers and they have a fair return policy. They allowed me 14 days to try some ear buds. I did not return them because they were exactly what they explained to me in the store. I trust Staples before any other store.

This is the 3rd year I have ordered pages to be printed off for the school year for my sons medical log book. The quality is incredible. I can always pick it up within 12hrs. The staff is friendly.

When we went in, my daughter lost her toy as they were closing. The lady locking the door said they would look for it and put it aside. We went on holidays right after this, and when we came back they still had her little wolf sitting on a back computer waiting for her. I was so surprised. It was a small toy and almost a week later. My daughter was beyond happy. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
