I purchased a new build, 5 years old, and although it looked perfect on the outside, behind the walls there were some issues, issues that IF NOT looked after right away could cause health and house damage down the line. Dale caught EVERYTHING, and we were able to adjust the price to cover the issues that needed to be done. He was extremely thorough, cost effective, and amazing at explaining things to someone who knows very little about home inspection details.
