It was a pleasure to deal with Fabio while Valley Contracting recently finished my mother’s basement. The project was completed in a timely manner. All workers were courteous, efficient and hard working, making sure to clean up after themselves before leaving.

Fabio communicated throughout the project, answering questions or addressing concerns we had. He offered some flooring suggestions which did make the end result look nice. He also went out of his way to take care of a few requests from my mother. These were unrelated to the project, and he did these out of courtesy. This was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we were left disappointed with a few items: painting quality in a couple of areas. Even though it was discussed with the electrician and only makes sense, there is no light switch at bottom of stairs. There is no trim around the washer connection box, a real eyesore and without our knowledge a different baseboard trim was used in a small area because they ran out of material.

All considered, I would recommend Valley Contracting, however suggest one inspects after every stage of the project to ensure nothing was accidentally overlooked by the workers.

It was really nice to finally deal with an organization as good as Valley Construction. In the past, we have had a LOT of dissapoiments with other companies.

His crew was also top notch in every respect. Very friendly as well.

Full Basement Renovation

I would like to commend Valley Contracting for the excellent job in completing my basement renovation and home refresh. Fabio and his team of professionals provided me with a complete basement renovation, painting of my entire home, exterior landscape and electrical work in the time period that was required before I moved into my new home. Fabio provided me with renovation feedback and ideas that I didn’t initially consider, and it resulted in a better functioning space. He was within budget and on time and his team were clean, curious and efficient. I would definitely recommend Valley Contracting for anyone looking for a home renovation or extension, and I will definitely use them in the future for any subsequent renovations in my home.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that Fabio has done. He was always very accomodating, and if I had any questions he never kept me waiting. Fabio is very attentive to detail and a perfectionist to say the least. I would recommend Fabio and Valley Contracting to all my family and friends.

My experience with Valley Contracting was amazing. Fab was very organized and punctual and always very accommodating. He made sure we were always on the same page, while offering suggestions and ideas on how I could make improvements in my home. The most important thing I noticed was that the work done in my house was always efficient and done in such a matter that left the least amount of mess.
