I felt like I was doing everything I was supposed to. After Working with Kelly for 8 months I definitely have learned that you can always do more change things up. Kelly is amazing she is able to put together amazing meal plans and workout plans that just fit into your life style. I know some fitness plans and meal plans can seem daunting but Kelley’s support and encouragement makes it easy. I’m am so happy with my progress. My body is responding to the plans Kelly has put together. I am starting to see the Body I wanted to be living in. I have a leaner and more muscular Figure. I’m pumped! I am finally getting the fitness results I have been looking for years. Sometimes we just need a coach to get us there.
