  About a week into GRIT I was hooked and switched to a monthly pass. These guys are awesome. Workouts are always fresh and challenging so I never plateaued. And they had modifications for anything I couldn’t do, which in the beginning was a lot because I’d had spinal surgery a few months prior. Everyone was really nice and welcoming to a newbie too, they have become my second family. I’ve lost over 35lbs, gone from a size 14 to a 4 and have put on so much beautiful muscle. I’m so glad I joined!!

  I have been working out consistently with Sarah and Evan for the past 2 1/2 years. When I started I was in the worst shape of my life and now I’m in the best shape of my life. They keep it interesting and “fun“! There is no question you need to put in the effort but if you are looking for results in a fun, supportive atmosphere this is the place to be! Workouts are never boring and Sarah and Evan are constantly paying attention to your personal challenges. Modifications are available for any issue. Be careful though, you could easily become ‘grit-dicted ‘.

  Definitely the most fun you'll have getting in shape.....and Sarah and Evan will make sure you get in shape!!! Grit fitness has a warm and friendly environment and they really care about who you are and help you reach your goals. No matter what age or fitness level you are...their classes will transform your body and keep you motivated to keep coming back.

  Highly recommend making them your go to workout routine! Great results and great support, Sarah and Evan really push you to be your best!
