Mark's

Neat and tidy. Has large selection of spring and summer wear and yet they did not have what I was looking for. A plain white v-neck t-shirt. Arg!

Nice store friendly helpful staff.i couldn't find my size in pants lady came over with a scanner and checked the back for me and even offered to order when they had none.great service.they often carry larger sizes.but not today.

I'm really not sure how this place gets a high rating for customer service because without fail, I am never acknowledged upon entering the store or any time I am in the store. I don't that expect an associate to bind themselves to me or worship the ground I walk on but being paid attention to on some level is appreciated. Just yesterday, I spent an entire hour in the store selecting and trying on jeans and had multiple staff walk by like I didn't exist. The only reason I went in is because they carry a good brand of jeans and I had a gift certificate. Fortunately for me, a store very nearby carries the same brand and they pride themselves on customer as service. Unfortunately for Mark's, a store very nearby carries the same brand...
