(June 29, 2021, 2:46 pm)Wr get the smoked rainbow or smoked lake trout regularly from Metis Fish Market. It smells amazing when you walk in from the smoker. Wr use the fish at our restaurant because of the quality. The service is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place.

The smoked fish is really good. They make a spicy salmon dip which is a real treat. As well, have bought salmon which cooked up very nice.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Can’t wait to go back.

We were looking for sushi grade salmon to make homemade sushi, and even in the thick of the pandemic, we received kind and knowledgeable advice, and are so pleased with how yummy our salmon and smoked salmon sushi turned out. Thank you!
