  Had a slow leak on my SUV I couldn't find the leak is was so small. Scott is a young Teck at the this location he was very thorough and found the smallest steel sliver in my tire! Great customer service and good attitude ! Thanks Scott and thank you Alliston Canadian Tire!

  They don't have enough space to showcase all of their products, and what they do have is crammed in tight aisles. A lot of their products are kept in storage containers which the staff have to get for you. There is a new building coming so things will get better.

  They are very helpful staff. Even if they don't know/have the product they and every staff member I have spoken, will search for an alternative to what your looking for or find it somehow and even ship it. I am never disappointed! And they are just super friendly! Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience!

  Good place to take your car, expensive but very professional, employees are happy to drop what they are doing to help you. New system allows for a customer to push a button to call a real live person to come help. Love their seasonal just wish they had more for longer!

  Customer service is usually pretty good, and most staff know where to find what you are looking for. However, I don not trust the automotive department. They installed new tires and they were so poorly balanced that I had to get them re-balanced. They couldn't do it that week, and I was leaving on a long trip, so I had to take my car to another shop, and pay $60! NOT HAPPY! If your name is Canadian TIRE you should at least do a good job of installing tires!
