Wonderful facility run by amazing and knowledgeable staff. I took my Yoga Teacher Training here and it was life changing. A great balance of nature, yoga, animals, creativity and learning. I highly recommend any program the Big Red Barn offers!

What a magical experience! Fotini is a natural healer and has changed the way I view life in such a profound way. I entered her sacred space , broken and guilt ridden and scared. There are a few words that do this place justice. You have to see and experience it yourself to understand. While there, you are able to briefly let go of all of life's distractions and responsibilities and are able to rekindle a oneness with yourself. When you leave you feel refreshed, restored and refocused with clear direction and motivation! I'm certain you will long for more. I can't wait to go back, I'm hooked!
