Creative Design Stairs & Railing Inc.

I am pleased to review - and highly recommend - Creative Design Stairs and Railings, based on recent work at my office building in Orillia, ON.  I worked closely with Mike Lewis on the design, scope and estimate of the work to achieve the specific look and functionality I had in mind.

Mike was very attentive through emails and phone calls, and an onsite visit to verify measurements and discuss options. On the day of installation, two installers arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day, adjusting to constraints I put in place to minimize disruption to the businesses accessed by the stairs where the railings were being replaced.

In a couple of instances, slight modifications to the original draft plan were required due to the structure of the walls. In each case the installers touched base with me before proceeding and provided rationale for the approach they proposed taking. The completed the work slightly ahead of ahead of the timeline and exactly on budget.

I am extremely pleased with the result. More importantly, my tenants are thrilled with the updated look and increased safety for their clients.

We recently had Creative Design install a custom hand rail in our home. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work and the look. We were also very happy with the time it took from calling them to the time it was installed. We would definitely recommend Creative Design.
