Lakeside Family Optometry

I previously had a bad experience with a different optometrist, so decided to make the switch to Lakeside and I am so glad I did !
They were friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. My every concern was addressed and I finally have eyewear that is right for my eyes.

Very accommodating with their appointment booking (I had to reschedule a few times), and very friendly yet efficient staff. Great experience, would definitely recommend! They also do direct billing.

I walked in just before closing one day and the staff was really accommadating. They had the right style of frames I was looking for and they are nearly perfect. The pair to try on were red but i wanted black, there was a black option when ordering so i went for the black. They ended up being more of a dark forest green which was strange, and the staff was also confused and said they could reorder the last option -which was a black and white tortoise shell colour- at no additional cost. I stuck with the forest green. The staff made a note of the issue for anyone who may order these frames in the future.

Lovely place for an eye appointment or to get glasses, great staff. Really enjoyed my experience.
