I'm updating my review below (it was four stars). I have only once had a problem ordering online from National Nutrition. There are some great deals on protein powders, vitamins, protein bars, other natural health items, and natural skin care items like oils. Dealing with this company online is like going to a small local store where you know the salespeople and owner and are treated like a friend. The owner, Darren, took care of my order once when I had a problem and since then I have never had a problem. I was pleasantly surprised today when opening my latest order to find that the owner Darren had personally reviewed my order. This company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and well taken care of. I will be buying from them for years to come.

Old review: After I posted my review, the owner of National Nutrition contacted me and apologized for what had happened with my order. He said that he would make it right and without even waiting for my response sent me the protein powder that I had been trying to order free of charge. He also sent the bonuses that were supposed to come with it and two lovely mugs. He did not ask me to alter my Google Maps review, but given his lightning-fast response, his apologies over what had gone wrong, his assurance that he would look into what had gone wrong, and how hard he tried to restore my faith in the company, I will certainly be placing another order with National Nutrition. I hope that I will not have future problems with this company.

I have been a long-time and frequently returning customer with NN for at-least 3 or 4 years (from online ordering) and their customer service, company, product line and pricing is second-to-none.

I have had one small issue (because of Canada Post) and the issue was rectified extremely professionally and quickly.

Price-matching is a breeze, product variety is exceptional and the prices are the lowest in the business.

Highly recommend NN for anyone's supplementation needs. Congratulations on the new website as well!
