(October 15, 2020, 4:25 pm)Stopped in this morning because I needed a new pull cord. They cut me off a piece of cord and i asked for brief instruction on how to do it. Well he just put it right on infront of me and showed me how to do it. Wonderful customer service, thank you very much.
