Quality Inn & Conference Centre

We where here for a hockey tournament and this place was excellent. There was a pool, arcade (a really great one) that had a bowling alley, pool, bumper cars and a large entertainment space. They put our team on one floor which is not common for a hotel to do but we were really thankful and the kids and parents were able to socialize in close proximity to the kids.

The rooms were very good, very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable.

Great experience living here for the day. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast menu was a bit disappointing but we didn't expect much to begin with. Facilities are very good and totally worth the tariff.

Just passing through the area and needed a place for the night, great place to stay, affordable pricing. We had 4 adults 1 baby and 2 dogs in a room with two beds we were quite comfortable. Didn't swim but pool area looked great. Super impressed they had an arcade with bowling, and Bumper cars! Nothing crazy but enough to keep the family entertained. Staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here one night last Thursday. We were not disappointed. We loved sleeping in these beds. The pillows were amazing, and my grandson had so much fun in the pool that I called them today and asked them if we could stop by on the way home tomorrow to use the pool again. The staff was very friendly. Our room was on the first floor facing out the back and had a balcony with 2 chairs. That was really nice. Not many places have a balcony. All in all, we felt very comfortable there and will return.

The front staff was fantastic. Very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and he welcomed us with a big smile.
The pool however was extremely dirty. Big chunks of hair floating in it, sand and dirt all on the bottom of the pool.
The tables had not been cleaned from the night before . There were lots of drink rings on the tables and food particles. We were the first people to use the pool today so it was definitely from the previous day.
When this was brought up to the attention of the manager Greg, he was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Such a lovely young man.
