We could not be happier with the service we received. Our situation was different than most, our furnace and A/C were in very tight weird areas and it was a complicated install. We were quoted over $18000 from reliance! These guys charged us a MUCH better rate. They were so friendly, and great with my curious 2 year old and giant dog!

Recently called these guys when I was in a real pinch with a time sensitive furnace issue. I called all over town, and they were not only one of the only companies to answer, but they rearranged their scheduling and got someone out to the house within a few hours. Totally saved the day and provided top notch service to boot!

My air conditioner went down in a heat wave 2hrs before we were having a family birthday party!
The challenging part was it was a Saturday.
The owner went out of his way and found a used part to get me out of a jam as the part was on back order!

Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort came in today to install a split air conditioner. They started the job at 8 am & had completed their install by 2 pm. They did an absolute fantastic job. They mounted the unit on the outside wall out of the way, running the electrical wire from the outside to the inside electrical box. The complete crew were friendly and left with a high quality split air conditioning unit completely installed. I would highly recommend their workmanship & quality of the unit. It runs so quietly, you can hardly notice the unit doing its work. In minutes it cooled the main floor down, now already for the summer months approaching. For the money, this unit is a 10 plus.
