Amazing experience! Our Sales rep Rachel was a dream to work with. We marched in with a mission and she kept up seamlessly with our pace. We told her our general idea and within seconds she showed us to exactly what we were looking for. I don’t know if I’ve even felt so comfortable or confident with a buying experience before.

The install team was great in communicating when they would be arriving, and worked like busy little bees. We had unexpected complications while they were unloading (our fault) yet they remained extremely flexible and professional.

Bottom line.... Would give 10 stars!

Staff is always friendly when you attend. Great spot to get a cross selection of products and brands to plan for your flooring installation. On date I attended the staff were attentive and gave a wide variety of suggestions for carpet that we require.
Prices seem competitive to other company's and labour costs were reasonable. Have used the company in the past for hardwood flooring and was pleased with the product and service.
Will definitely consider for our future jobs.
