Family owned business which has been around for years. The Butter tarts are out of this world. I was going to take a photo of them but I devoured them before I should or could have.

Fresh Delicious baked goods especially Chelsea Buns and Butter tarts. Fast friendly family service since the 60's Very addictive!

They claim to have Canada's best butter tarts and they were very good. Where they fell down was service. The cashier was quite unfriendly and charged us the individual price per tart when we asked for a combo box of 6 tarts, two of each flavour. Only $1.50 difference, but it seemed a bit cheap.

The first time I had their buttertarts, I just kept saying, "Wow oh wow" over and over again. Sometimes you find a great-tasting one, but the pastry is too big, too crumbly, too blah. Then you find a good pastry, but the flavour or consistency is wrong. Wilkie's seems to have the best of both and that's sometimes rare. Go there and get some!

The pecan and raisin butter tarts melt in your mouth. It's like doing a butter shooter. I'm stuck on sausage rolls now. Ther is a lot of delicious looking baked goodies in here. I'm glad I found this place.
