We brought our first dog here almost a decade ago. Our current dog has spent a lot of time here over the past few years. He absolutely loves it and always comes home tired, happy, content, and well exercised. He has so much fun playing with the other dogs.

Paul is such a pleasure to deal with and it is evident that he clearly loves interacting with all the pets that he cares for. All we have to do is say "Want to see Paul?" or "Want to go to camp?" and our dog is excited to go. We can't recommend their facility highly enough. It is 100% home away from home for our boy!

Paul and everyone at Pine Ridge go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. The facility is clean and safe and fun for the pets. My dog is a bit high maintenance, needing medication daily and with a few behavioral quirks, so I need a place I can trust with these responsibilities. I felt very happy with my experience here and I will be using them for all of my babysitting going forward. This was my first visit - during covid - all protocol felt safe and respectful.
I live in Toronto and the drive was approximately 1.5 hrs. Worth the drive for the outdoor play area and service provided. Thank you Paul and family!!

What can i say . This was the first time we had used Pine ridge pet centre and having a young dog of only 14 months we were both a little unsure.
After talking to the owner Paul we felt right away he was going to be looked after the best way possible.
Toby enjoyed every minute he was there playing with Paul's dogs and enjoying the open play areas which you can see in the many videos taken by Paul each day showing you your dog having a great time.
This is now Toby's second home and we will have no worries about leaving Toby with Paul and the staff at Pine Ridge pet centre in the future.
thank you Peter , Kate and Toby.

Pine Ridge really understand dogs and provide the best care you can buy. Our dogs have always loved being there and they come home healthy and happy. If you're looking for a kennel to board your dog, be sure to check the details: secure play area, clean kennels and runs, healthy environment, climate control, attention to your dog's needs. Pine Ridge gets five stars on all fronts.

Absolutely wonderful with our pups and very professional. We feel very comfortable leaving Major and Forest with Paul when we need to board them. They can accommodate intact dogs and dogs with health issues such as Major who suffers from IBS and needs to be fed the homemade food that I make him which needs to be refrigerated. Forest was not neutered until age 2 and it was no problem boarding him. Extra care has never been a problem for Paul.
