During the install they provided honest advise about what to install and what wasn't required. The technicians are knowledgeable and very pleasant. They have since come for annual servicing and continue to offer great service and advise. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs.
π΄ Flag as inappropriateHad Shakell replace our heat pump with an air conditioning unit and install a new coil in our existing furnace. The techs were personable and very knowledgable in all aspects of the install. When we called them for service on our heat pump, they did not question who made the unit and showed up promptly as stated.
