With his years of living the things he teaches people his personal training is uncomplicated and effective. One interaction with Bill and you will see he truly loves what he does and it makes him good at what he does too! I've taken his tai-chi class and he offers personalized instruction to each person so I was able to be along side a season veteran of tai-chi when it was my first class. Highly recommend!
