very happy with our purchase, a couple small issues that were taken care of promptly through their service dept, overall it has been a very good experience

The staff that we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. We purchase our trailer 3 weeks before we were to pick it up. The emails, and phone calls leading up to the date of orientation were constant and thorough , I dealt with Emma and Sharon great Ladies to deal with. If I had a question they would call me back same day with the answer. The day we picked up our trailer we had a young gentleman, Scott do the paperwork great young fellow. Then Steve was the young gentleman that went through our orientation...Steve extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Great great guy to be doing the orientation and dealing with your customers! There were a few hiccups when we did arrive to pick up our trailer and those hiccups were addressed immediately, and corrected in service we were dealing with Ed, Felix, Michael and Domingue, again all very knowledgeable, friendly and addressed our situation immediately. Helped us with the hookup, assisted with everything. Even though there are 3 different places you go to, 1 to buy, 1 for orientation and 1 for service..the communication with the customer was absolutely wonderful.. and for communication between them if something is missed or misunderstood ...it was corrected immediately.
Josh our salesman I found was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did not find him pushy as most salesmen are, I found him the opposite he actually made me the customer feel important! Overall experience at Layzee Acres RV Sales 5 star would recommend anyone that was looking for a trailer. it is worth the drive to Orillia just for the great transition and experience very friendly and knowledgeable people. Thank you !

We bought our second Jayco from Layzee Acres after discovering that we had paid far too much at another Jayco dealer. The whole experience at Layzee was excellent. They were ready when they said they would be (to meet with me). The purchase process was easy and the trailer was completely ready when we went to pick it up!
Even the trailer prep boys were excellent - friendly, helpful and thorough.
We love our current Jayco but, when we do decide to upgrade, we will not even go to another dealer. The purchase process is awesome at Layzee and the prices alone would keep me coming back.
It sort of seemed like everyone there knew you and wanted the best experience possible for you!
