We are currently enrolled in the Level Two Class with our 14 month old Black Lab. Like with most dogs, the problems that we were having were because of us not training him properly, not the dog's fault.
After only one class the dog remembered everything from Level One. We went back to basics at home and by the second class the dog was amazing. We have noticed a huge difference at home and it has improved our life. (Now my husband will walk the dog because he doesn't pull!) All it took was a few gentle reminders of how we should be handling our dog and he remembered everything and was so happy to please us!
Lisa is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Her training methods are logical and based on positive reinforcement. Mike has just as much experience and is a calm presence quietly assisting with fine tuning where necessary during the class.
When time permits they are always willing to answer questions after class or over the phone. Mike really helped us with a counter surfing problem we were having!
The price and value is amazing for the classes and the facilities are terrific and very professional. It's worth the drive into the countryside for excellent results.

They are awesome... questions answered and guidance provided and we loved the basic training program.

Very happy with the results me and my dog have gotten from Lisa & Mikes course. It’s so great having two trainers there! I have a reactive dog and it’s been so nice to have one continue on with the class while the other can assist me. That way no one is loosing class time or getting disrupted. It is hard work, doing your homework is super important, it’s what you make of it! But they have given me some wonderful tools that have truly helped turn my life with my dog around. Forever grateful, and always looking forward to our next session!

We are the proud owners of a wonderful, excitable Cantope standard poodle. She is an awesome puppy, but we are both new to dog ownership so we joined Unleashed K9 Performance's basic training program this summer. The experience was awesome, safe, and a lot of fun for us and our puppy. We have since moved on to the advanced class and continue to be extremely happy. We learn something every time, the classes are very well run, and Lisa and Mike have been patient guides. We love our puppy, and we love how K9 is giving us a foundation for a long and rewarding ownership experience. We could not give them a higher recommendation, great trainers and dog lovers.
