Her classes are a perfect combination of gentle stretching and flow and she guides everyone in a soothing encouraging manner.

Whether you have a concern or not she's always cautious of making sure no one is hurting themselves and is comfortable in the various positions. It's so great to work with her. Would highly recommend her!
