We are first time home buyers and in a pandemic at that. We put in 11 different offers and even though my moral was starting to diminish Christine's did Not.

She is very encouraging and new we would find the right place...and we did. It is almost like this house was made just for us.

Dealing with Christine to buy a home in Collingwood proved to be a great experience. She took us to all of the properties we wanted to see, gave us great advice, and walked us through the buying process. She was extremely responsive and took initiative to suggest homes to us that we might have missed. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to be by our side through the process!

WOW! We used Christine when we found out that we were being relocated for work. Christine was amazing! We had to do our house hunt in a short time since we weren't from the area. In one weekend, she took us to see over 30 homes! She did not complain and worked hard to get us into every house that we wanted to see. She was not pushy and answered all of our questions. Christine helped us compare places and actually helped us recognize more what we wanted. She helped us come up with the right value of the property we were looking at, and was a great negotiator when the bidding process took place. We felt that she put our interests ahead of hers in the deal process. Christine found every inspector for us to use for the property and they were all good. She was there whenever we needed her until the house was ours.
