Came to grab my car hit by truck at speed; was promised 10 min but they came in 6 flat. keV explained price ,,and how I need to read and sign form for protecting consumers that was comfort I do appreciate Kevin answering all my questions it seems he explains everything better than insurance call centre; he doesbt mince words at all, And he helped me reach a better settlement for my car write-off, can't put more than 5 star but 10 is accurate thanks

i called at 115AM due to my car sliding off road into the ditch with deep snow up to the hood. Kevin came In 20 minutes & explained the job and price, so I agreed. He pulled me out in 5 minutes and made sure my car was safe to drive. Very professional and more than fair. Best part was I never got my shoes wet. Thank you
