(February 8, 2019, 11:23 am)Nous avons téléphoné avant d'aller au rdv la dame a dit que oui pas problème ils peuvent recevoir mon enfant et de se presenter dans les heures d'ouverture... une fois dans la salle mon enfant s'est mit a pleurer de peur et ils ont du demander a une autre technicienne de venir l'aider et elle a dit c'est pour ça qu'on envoie les enfants a l'hôpital.... pourquoi elle me la pas dit au téléphone au lieu d'être bête et de dire ça ? Peut être que c'était une mauvaise journée pour elle ? Dommage ...
