If you are looking for a John Deere tractor, I would highly recommend talking to Dylan Gillespie at Winchester's Green Tech Ag & Turf. Dylan understood my needs and did not try to oversell me. He looked at what could be done to get me the best possible price that would fit my budget. He was super-quick to respond to my emails (often outside of work hours!) and was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole purchase process. He came in person when the machine was delivered, gave me a quick tour of the tractor and the attachments I bought and offered to help if needed if I had any other questions after I had used the machine. Top notch service!

"Chris is an awesome guy" I call one of their other stores and no one could help me. So I tried the Winchester store where I dealt with Chris , He went above and beyond with service! this guy puts service back in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for a shear pin a plastic shear pin for my snowblower the only info I had to go on was the color of the blower and the width of it. Where the other store just seemed to stop helping and gave up on helping me Chris seemed to know exactly what I was talking about, he even sent pictures of the part which they even had in stock just to confirm before I drove out from the city. This was a great experience will be back for sure.

Purchased aerator/spreader attachment for L111 JD tractor which had 2 issues, one out the box and the second after fixing problem number one. But stuff happens. Chris the parts manager took charge of both situations and was outstanding!! He resolved the problems promptly, picking up and delivering the equipment both times. That is excellent service.
Chris turned a negative experience into positive one.
