I don’t generally write reviews, however I felt it necessary to write one for this service repair company.

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had.... no exaggeration.

Both the technician and the CS were excellent. They fixed the robotic pool cleaner the same day..... unbelievable!

They walked me through the repair and explained the intricacies of what needed to be done.

It’s running like new!

I bought a Polaris P945 motor from T and N to repair the pool robot myself. It turns out I wasn't as good at repairing things as I thought. I brought to T and N and Nick fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable charge. These people are knowledgeable and provide great service. They even have drop-off depots to facilitate getting your equipment to and from them while avoiding awkward shipping hassles and costs.
T and N is definitely my go to for pool robot maintenance and new purchase. I highly recommend them!
