First rate in every way. Rooms, hallways and common areas in pristine condition. Minor problems in room handled immediately by Ray who's in charge of maintenance. General manager Shelly Hamilton has done an excellent job hiring an exceedingly friendly and efficient staff. Have made my mother feel both welcome and safe. Sylvia O'Donohue, Health & Wellness Manager and her staff have made all of us rest easier knowing they're keeping an eye on things. Kitchen provides a delicious varied menu served with a smile. Wish we would have considered this as an option years ago.

Great place, my Mom loves it!!

My 93 year old mother resided at Hartford for 4 years. She just recently moved to long-term care. What an amazing place! What an amazing staff! Always caring and attentive. Always ready to do the extra things with my Mom's happiness and well-being their main focus. Hartford has a great community feel. Thank you everyone!

my mom has been a resident there for 1 1/2 years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. Over this period her health has gone down and she had to move from the apartment to just a room. She needs extra help in the morning and evening and the staff are just amazing with her. We are very lucky to have this residence here in our home town allowing her to stay near her friends. A big THANK YOU to everyone at the Chartwell Hartford Retirement Residence in Morrisburg.
