(November 8, 2017, 4:36 pm)The staff is great. I highly recommend Allied for local moves only. If you use this company for long distance you will be satisfied up until pick up. Once your belongings are picked up and enroute to your destination you will be dissatisfied with expected date of arrival and having to deal with Allied customer service is a nightmare. My mother's shipment was picked up October 26th in Thunder Bay they are now stating delivery to Elkford will be on November 14th. The worse part of this experience is the driver for my mom's shipment was going past her destination which he offered to deliver before going to Calgary, however head office refused him of this transaction. The driver has since quit his job with Allied as he to was stating the frustration of Allied upper management.
