    It's now been one week since me and my girlfriend bought our 2020 Kona Luxury, and we've had nothing but great service from Superior Hyundai. Wade Mair began our journey with Superior Hyundai by giving us the lowdown on a used 2016 Hyundai Tucson. We'd been driving an older vehicle which I can only describe as 'functional' so, pretty much anything was an exciting prospect. Wade, our Salesman and Taki, our Finance Adviser were great, and nothing but smiles when we chatted with them. I understand some may say "That's their job," but in our search for a dealership, we had just as many poor experiences as good so to say we felt like we were taken care of can't just be a detail we glaze over here! Eventually, as we chatted, Wade and Taki got a better idea of what we were looking for and what our budget was and they decided there was definitely a better deal for us in the 2020 Kona. It wasn't long after the test drive that we'd called and gotten a quote on insurance, and signed papers for the new car!

    We were allowed to customize the added warranties and coverages, and Taki proved to be a hero this weekend when it all paid off! Only 4 days after taking the vehicle off the lot, my girlfriend (who swears all the time she's got a bad luck leprechaun following her around) managed to puncture a tire on a pothole. Taki had talked us into adding a Tire and Rim coverage package and not even a week later it's already proving worthwhile. Wade was a saint in helping us with the service department when we tried to get it in for the tire. Initially, they didn't have the tire in stock so we were going to be waiting until tomorrow. Less than 2 hours after that, they called us and said they had expedited the tire and could have it on in 30 mins or less whenever we brought it in! All in all, we're very happy with Superior Hyundai, and would definitely buy again! (See you in 8 years, Wade and Taki!)

    The car was a nice drive. Ultimately chose a different brand vehicle.

    I still think additional safety measures should be put in place during this pandamic but I am always happy with my service.
