My bike needed a quick adjustment, and they were able to accommodate me on the spot. Incredibly pleased with their service, and how friendly & knowledgeable they were. I don’t live in the area year round, however, will be making a concerted effort to ensure my next bike purchase is from Rollin Thunder. Cannot say enough how impressed I was with their service!

Went in with what I assumed was worn disc brake pads and rotor expecting to have to leave the bike for multiple days (which would be a bit inconvenient as this bike is well-used for family transportation. Instead, the brake pads were changed while I waited and I was good-to-go in 20 minutes. Every time I have had bike repair/maintenance done it has been a good experience. I believe they deal fairly and honestly as their MO.
(I should add that that I have generally had positive shopping/service experiences at the other local bike shops as well, but I have now had enough consistently positive experiences at Rollin' Thunder that I felt compelled to write a review).

I was there this week to buy a snowboard and binding for my daughter. The salesman, Dan, was great he was very knowledgeable. The service was great and he was able to help me making the right choice for our needs. I would go back there anytime. They have a great selection of Ride snowboards and a great selection of bikes. Lots of fat bikes for the winter season as well.

Great service. These guys know their stuff - and all the routes around town too. Friendly and all around awesome guys. They go above and beyond too - i had purchased a Yakima Ridgeback 5 and they insisted on assembling it at no charge. That kind of service is rare in Thunder Bay. Also, prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend Rollin'!
