Excellent service and knowledgeable guy. Gary does a fantastic job of setting up bows and tuning them. Never shot better with my new bow tuned by Gary. Excellent job of explaing how things work and how things should be. Would recommend and will be back.

Here's a story of exceptional customer service for you:

I live in the Quebec City area, 20 hours away from Gary's shop. Turns out, I get my hands on a bow (Concept Archery Believer G1) he sold to someone a few years ago and well the bow is not exactly fitted for me.

Well, he spent +1 hour of his time on the phone with me, on multiple occasion, trying to figure out what to do with the bow so I have a good time shooting it.

If you are ever in the market for a bow and you can have a drive to Thunder Bay, do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Hall. You won't regret it and you will leave knowing you bought the right bow for you.

Awesome! Had an older bow that needed a new string. I didn't want to retire it just yet. Gary was the only person in town who would look at it. He went above and beyond finding the specs for the bow and got it restrung! Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend him for any archery needs!

Excellent shop, stopped in for arrows and Gary noticed some tuning issues on my girlfriends bow. He tuned up my her bow and explained to her every step he took and why it needed tuning. Gary really knows what he is doing and is passionate about archery. Friendly and excellent service. Would highly recommend.
