The Haven Hostel

I had a great stay at The Haven Hostel. Holly was super responsive when booking and was accommodating. It's excellent to have places that allow pets. The private queen room itself is very tastefully outfitted, with a stylish bathroom adjacent. Breakfast in the morning was super classy, boiled eggs with fresh basil leaves? Yes, please. Everyone had a positive vibe, and while it was a short, one-night stay, I would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Great little place. I booked one of the queen rooms for one night. The room was super clean. Staff were friendly, nice and helpful. The only problem for me was the shower room which was a bit small for my big proportions :)

The Haven Hostel accommodated our group of 30 wonderfully! Starting with the communication exchanges for booking the entire hostel for the weekend, we received excellent service from start to finish. The space and location are amazing and we particularly loved the outdoor space as well as the #bigassyellowcouch!

The private rooms, dorm rooms and washrooms were clean, spacious & modern. The communal space on the main floor was perfect and more than met our needs as a large group! The food was amazing and staff were excellent throughout our stay. The location in downtown Port Arthur was great and made it easy for walks to restaurants and shopping.

Our group only had great things to say about our stay at The Haven Hostel and we would recommend it to other large groups looking for accommodations in Thunder Bay!
