I contacted the company and Giulio took the call, he said he was the owner, and right from the first communication until the job of installing a new hot water tank, the experience was great! Giulio and his team came to my home that day and explained that my hot water tank was finished and then they would set me up with an ongoing rental and have it all installed and in working order - with hot water - within 48 hours. I was stunned and pleasantly surprised at how quickly it all came together. Giulio and his team were professional, informative and helpful, I highly recommend them and will definitely contact them again should I need their services.
