I have been your customer since 2017- my first year in Canada! Best Buy have great services and highly trained associates. I got a phone from one of your location in North York- Center Point mall under contract on the 23rd of December 2020 as a gift for my mother. She wanted to switch Samsung I got for an iPhone. I spoke to my service provider they said I shall bring this to Best Buy. But the location is now closed due to COVID 19 Lockdown in this area. Can you please help me exchange my phone at one of the locations that is open.
