I went to Kahnert's looking for a warm winter coat. I don't think I've ever received better service by a retailer - anywhere, anytime. I went into the store dressed quite poorly and was treated with the utmost respect. This is an unusual experience in Canada, where clerks tend to give you the once over and come to a snap judgement about who you are. I ended up buying two coats and am going back to purchase a purse.

Secondly, the quality of their coats is superb. I LOVE my coats and get enormous pleasure from wearing them. Can't recommend this establishment enough.

I have worked with Dan and John Kahnert for almost 30 years now. They are honourable, professional and friendly in all our interactions. They also helped my wife and I to get a fur coat for my wife in 1997. My wife loves the coat and wears it regularly to church and special occasions. It looks as good as new.
