I don’t go out of my way to review establishments very often but I wanted to share my experiences with this company as I feel the negative review and complaints regarding being open during covid are totally off base. I have been purchasing my raw dog food from K9 throughout Covid and never once had an issue or concern with covid safety protocols. I call in advance to let them know I’m coming to grab food. Upon arrival I buzz the ringer and have my food within a few minutes. There has only ever been one person there and they’ve been masked every time. Food for my dog is essential and K9 has the best raw food for my dog. I’m really irritated that someone would make a complaint about this business being open. As a single mom, it’s hard enough trying to get food to feed my children these days, I can’t imagine greater obstacles to feed my dog. Pets are family and their food is essential too. I’m grateful for this place and their exceptional service.

K9 Canada Training Academy is the place to go for your puppy/dog if you would like a well trained perfect companion. Their knowledge of dogs and skills on training is like no other. Andrew who is their manager and trainer is truly a godsend. Our 8 month old pup Ozzy who is German Aussie Shep X Malnois is thriving from Andrew's training and is growing up to be the best dog anyone can ask for. We are also learning on what and what not to do from the excellent tips and advice. Ozzy is my 4th dog and he has excelled far beyond what I could hope for. They even train using sign language so Ozzy knows all the commands without my saying a word We are so very grateful to have found K9 Canada. Simply the best!!!

Before I found out about "insert company name here", I was completely hopeless about my reckless Doberman. I thought there would be no way around his stubborn behaviour. But this place has provided me with the needed support to reshape my dog's mannerism. These knowledgeable trainers have opened my eyes to an effective method of training even the most reckless of dogs. Even after one session, I'm already super content with the results.

Not only do we have the pleasure of owning a dog from their program, we also have used all there services and can honestly say we love them all. Staff and owners are very knowledgeable in all things dogs, from diet and dog health to behaviour training and grooming. They are never pushing their products or services - they are just genuinely concerned about your dog's wellbeing. Only place we truly feel comfortable boarding our dog because we know there are always other dogs to play with, staff is well trained and versed in handling dogs, dogs aren't kept in kennels overnight and are in a safe and constantly monitored area.
