The Bennett on Bayview

Excellent area, close to transit, grocery and short drive to major malls. Area is super quiet, suburban living in Toronto.

So many negative reviews, from people with unrealistic expectations from a condo. Yes, the building isn’t perfect, like every condo in Toronto, but some people make it seem like the elevator is also broken and the chute is never working.

I have lived in this building for 2+ years and there are some areas it needs improving, but both elevators work 99% of the time. The chute works most days. After long weekends the bins get full which is understandable. People that complain about the chute want to use it at midnight-2am when they hopefully turn the chute off.

I have also ordered delivery countless times and have never had security tell the delivery people to leave food on the lobby floor. 100% they never answered their buzzer and the delivery person got frustrated and left.
Be fair people, there are good days and bad days here like everywhere else.

Excellent neighborhood, orderly building. For the most part everyone living here are top notch, classy people. Very convenient location with schools, TTC, plaza next door, several doctors' offices, shopping, highway access, park, many other amenities nearby or within the building. Premier living on Bayview!
