I had an unexpected issue with an external door lock. I called Alon and he came over quickly and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Very reasonable price and he both really knows his stuff and has a good range of parts with him.

We booked an appointment, and the locksmith turned up on time and carried out a fabulous job. The door needed a new lock assembly, however, he explained the reason why the original had failed. The door had dropped, putting stress on the locking mechanism. The technician was brilliant, he refitted/hung the door, realigned the catches in the frame, etc. The door now operates as smoothly.

I had a lot of questions and he took his time and assess all of my questions and concerns. He arrived prompt on time and charged me a very reasonable price.
