If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Originally being TMU students, my sister and I were looking to transfer to York mid year, for the winter semester. It was very stressful and confusing for us. But we met Rosanna who went above and beyond to explain the process to us, guided us along the way, and cleared any confusion we had (and there was a lot of it).

Towards the end of our semester at TMU, we decided we no longer had an interest to follow through with university due to our commitment to work towards our personal life long dream (to become WWE superstars, remember it everybody! Lol) Because of that we didn't do our exams or summatives.

Fast forward I checked my York Passport out of curiousity 2 days ago and saw outstanding balances. We were beyond stressed and in panic. Our transfers somehow went through even though admission requirements weren't met. After months, I reached out to Rosanna again. She had so much sympathy, and allowed me to explain the situation to her on the phone. In just 2 days she resolved and cleared the entire issue. Rosanna is truly an angel and a life saver. I don't know what I would be doing without her. She is extremely patient, understanding, and soo supportive.

Rosanna we won't ever forget you!! We can not thank you enough!!
