Rob is very responsive and professional. He has delivered 3 projects for us, including a 3-storey extension & renovation, on time and on budget. Crew is friendly and conscientious. Great network of tradespeople. Each time, the quality of work exceeded our expectations.

Our first renovation ten years ago was a second floor bathroom and a full basement with laundry area/new bathroom, new sewer and drains, new structural steel supports and underfloor heating, all back to the brickwork. After interviewing 11 contractors, we hired Rob because he was able to tell us in a straightforward manner how he thought the job should be done. We thought that we could work well with him and we were not disappointed in any way.

His excellent easy-going communication skills, attention to detail, good workers and contacts, timeliness and integrity made him a pleasure to work with.

Rob has since done our kitchen (back to the brickwork and floor joists), front porch with new foundation and stonework and several smaller jobs.

I have worked with Moore Park Homes for over 15 years. They did my first kitchen reno, then another and 3 years ago, did a complete gut and reconstruction of our downsize. Moore Park is always professional, honest, on time and on budget. They do what they say, when they say they're going to do it. I wouldn't consider trusting anybody else for my most valuable asset.
