Sublime Catering

Michael's food always brings raves. While I've been a guest at several events catered by Sublime in the past (from smaller dinner parties, to larger events), this was the first time we hired them for our own event.

Michael exceeded all our expectations for our wedding reception of 25. He responded with ease when a dietary need had to be met at the last minute clearly prepared to anticipate the unexpected. Weddings can be stressful, particularly with Covid considerations; throughout the planning process and the event itself Michael was calm and confident.

Each dish is presented beautifully, but not in a way that is too precious - the taste is the main event. His food is fresh, flavourful and fabulous! You will not be disappointed.

I hired Sublime to cater for an awards ceremony. Michael is amazing to work with. He was very helpful with suggestions, and created a menu within our budget. The presentation of the food was beautiful and it was very tasty. All of the staff were super friendly, as well. I would highly recommend hiring Sublime for your next event.

I have been lucky enough to enjoy the food from Sublime for years, first in a number of studios on photo shoot days and then as my preferred caterer for events hosted by an charitable organization here in Toronto. The food is always fresh and delicious...the staff is courteous and friendly...and Michael Tong is always ready with great ideas to suit me needs. Amazing!!!
