The Swan: A Firkin Pub

I had the pleasure of dining here and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere. Food was excellent 10/10!!

Attended a Deaf event on Dec 2nd and the whole staff were very patient and accommodating. They took their time to understand what we would like to eat and even stayed as long as it would take. The menu has a good selection of foods to choose from.

Great ambiance and great staff! Especially Nicholas! The food is a hit or a miss, but there are a lot of options! And very accommodating!
There are a few other staff members, that were great too but I forgot their names, and they were Super friendly! And we noticed that there are a lot of regulars (as we have become Regulars as well!)

**To The Swan Owner: Thank you for the response! Also, I do have some feedback on some of the food. Unfortunately, the sauce that you serve with the Pretzels is not very good. Maybe there should be other options to choose from? Perhaps, just a cheese sauce without whatever spice is currently used, it is not very appetizing. We opted for the horseradish mayo, and that works nicely! I'm sure a creamy Honey or Dijon Mustard may work as well. Also, the portion size of the BangBang shrimp is too small, it tastes good, but the portion doesn't match the price!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I've ever had hot crispy and tasty. The sweet potato fries and sauce were perfect as well. Samantha was our bartender she's the best very attentive.

I don't think The Swan was bad. It was quite decent. However I believe their fish and chips was over fries.

The wait staff was good with drink refills but nonexistent for table clearing.

I would try the food again but its not at the top of my list.
