It has an assault bike and a rower for metabolic conditioning along with weights, kettlebells, and Olympic bars for strength training. I was able to connect my own music via Bluetooth and I was off to the races. With the doors open I was able to get an amazing breeze going. I highly recommend if you are in the area!
