I am very happy with the service. Our technician is excellent, courteous very thorough and knowledgeable about various insect and rodent pests and their treatment. We had a particularly difficult ant problem this past spring which was successfully resolved. He patiently explains my questions about pest behaviors, best treatment, timing and the follow up periods needed. We have had an excellent experience with them. I had the technician come inside for an treatment.

I noticed bed bugs around my bedroom on last Saturday. I called that afternoon and scheduled a bed bug inspection for Monday. The inspection was quick and informative They were very communicative answering any questions we had. He sent over the contract via email that night. We signed it and sent it back the same night Hassle free inspection and contract services). A service was then scheduled for today Quick scheduling process from initial inspection to service). The account manager came out to perform the service as the normal service rep was off this day (Quality customer service).He was very professional, informative, and courteous.
